Our Policies

Please review these policies regarding deposits, required notice for rescheduling, late arrivals, and service expectations to ensure your appointment process is seamless.

Booking & Payment

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is credited toward the full service price.

The remaining balance is due immediately following your procedure. We accept cash, tap to pay, debit cards, and all major credit cards.

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, and service prices are subject to change.

Cancellations

To avoid a penalty, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled time if you need to cancel.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice and without rescheduling will incur a 25% (of service cost) late cancellation fee, and the deposit used to secure your booking will not be refunded or transferred.

Rescheduling

To reschedule your appointment without penalty, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. With sufficient notice, your existing deposit will be transferred to your new appointment time.

Please note: If an appointment is rescheduled two or more times, the original deposit becomes non-transferable, and a new $100 deposit will be required to secure the next booking.

No-Shows/Late Arrival

We value your time and schedule each appointment to guarantee you receive my complete focus and attention.

To maintain this standard for all clients, please ensure you arrive on time. Tardiness disrupts the schedule and is not only inconsiderate to my time but to the other clients as well.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a no-show.
A 25% late cancellation fee will be charged to the payment method on file.
To book any appointments in the future, a $100 deposit will be required.

Illness/Sickness

For the safety and health of everyone, if you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms of illness, please contact us immediately to reschedule your appointment.

We certainly understand that illness can happen unexpectedly. However, please be aware that canceling your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, even due to illness, may still result in a 25% cancellation fee.

Guests

We kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone. Please do not bring any extra guests (including friends, partners, or children) who are not scheduled for a service.

Results

Please note that individual results for micropigmentation can vary greatly and are never guaranteed. Every client’s outcome is unique due to factors like skin type and aftercare.

If you have existing permanent makeup from a prior artist, you must book a consultation first. We need to assess your current state of work before scheduling any new service.
